What kind of cruise, length of cruise, embarkation preference, cruiseline preference.

There's a bunch of cruises right now, some cheap if it can be last minute.

Hi,
If you had some specifics (port, length, time of year) I might have interest.
My preferences (leave from San Diego or Long Beach), time frame (have Dec 22-31 open),
and could even book something in June (Alaska is best in the summer months, but leave from Seattle).
Let me know your thoughts.
Joanie

I was looking at anything from a 4-night to 14-night cruise, preferably to the caribbean . I would also consider other areas. I am from the East Coast, however, I can get to other areas for embarking, I guess as long as itis not too far west. Actually, it might even be cheaper out west if I got a good cruise deal and someone interested in the same cruise, since the single supplement would not apply. I don't know much about the cruiselines. I really have no preference. I know that I heard that Sept, Oct, and Nov are the cheapest. Also post and pre holidays. You can tell me what you think. Thank you for replying.

I've done Alaska on Celebrity, Caribbean on Holland America. Both excellent top notch, good service, food, enjoyable entertainment, interesting passengers. I've advertised on cruise mates for a 'cabin mate' and fortunate to have found 2 fellow cruisers. Both were female, close in age, one from east coast, one from LA. We agreed on a cruise which I booked through American Express with a travel agent here. That is a good way to go as they're able to get a good location for the cabin on the ship (mid ship is usually best).

I'm open this summer in June, July or August for Alaska. Summer is not the best time for Europe and warm for the Caribbean. I was just looking at a 12 night Mediterranean cruise departing from Barcelona June 20, but it may be too warm. October and November are good months for Europe. However I only have 1 week off in November--not quite long enough for a European trip.
I already have reservations to go to Kauai March 23-30, 2013 and looking to see if any one from the groups I socialize with, wants to go. I haven't been to Kauai before--just Maui and Honolulu.
That's a bit about me. I work in special education, thus have several breaks through the year, yet most of the time off is in the summer. If you want to try to find something together, perhaps we can have a conversation, get on the internet at the same time and search for something suitable for both? Let me know.

That sounds great. I wouldn't mind Hawaii. I was in Honolulu once, but on a land vacation.

I just booked a cruise on the Crarnival Dream and got it at a steal! It is actually a port hole room which is the same layout as an aceanview and you get the same view that you would with the true ocean view room. It leaves out Jan 19 and comes back on the 26 and it sails from port canaveral I was able to get this at $389 a person plus taxes of $88 puts it at $477 for an ocean view for a week on the beautiful Dream! Went on that ship and think it is fantastic! So if you are interested, please let me know more about you and what you usually do on the ship and ports and time to bed and time usually up. Do you snore? I am light sleeper and bring a fan to help cover light noises in case a roomy stays up later or vice versa. Anyway, anything you can tell me to help me to know who you are and if we may be a good fit. I am a straight 43 yr old female. Quiet and respectful roomy, up early, to bed by midnight unless something great happening to make it worth being tired the next day! So get back to me and we can go from there!

Thanks,

Michelle. lyonskitty6@aol.com

Hello.
I am looking for a cruise to the Caribbean in early April 2013. Most of these cruises leave from Miami or FLL. I live in Toronto and would need a couple of days to make travel arrangements to Florida.
I'm a very young 60ish, cruised only once before and loved it!
I've been checking out cruises from Florida to the Caribbean and there are some interesting ones, not too expensive.
If you can travel in and around these dates, please let me know and I can start looking at cruise dates more seriously.
I am very independent, like to sit on deck, read and enjoy the ocean. I do sometimes indulge in the casino for something fun to do. I like to exercise and do yoga.
If you think we can travel together, please be in touch.
Rose
