seeking female (only) to share Sydney-Alaska HAL cruise

Hi I'm a 50s Christian female seeking a woman to share a balcony cabin on a HAL cruise from Sydney to Alaska, mid-April 2013. 32 day journey includes two cruises--Pacific transit and Alaskan Inland passage, as well as return airfare from Vancouver. I'm a quiet, independent non-smoker, non-drinker, but would enjoy having someone to share some shipboard/shore activities with. Most of all I'd like to enjoy cruising without having to pay all the extra $$$ that singles pay!

I might be interested, but could you provide more details? Date of debarkation? what ship? cost?

I am a SWF also a Christian, and love to cruise, don't mind days at sea, in fact I really like them.

sorry to not get back to you sooner. Was offline over the hols. IF it's still possible to change things (I've already had to book and pay as a single traveller) it would be approximately $7600 from memory for the twin share rate on a balcony that I have booked. 22 days from 13 April Sydney to Vancouver. Stops at Noumea, Fiji, Samoa, W. Samoa and Hawaiii en route. Overnight in Vancouver and then a 7 day cruise up the inland passage to about 4 ports, ending up back in Vancouver on 12 May with flight back to Sydney included in package. Having failed to find anyone before the deadline I've talked my Dad (who is in the States) into joining me for the Alaska portion--he can't pay a full share, but anything he can contribute saves me a little. He did understand that I was going to continue to look for someone who could do the whole thing with me because of the cost saving.

I don't know whether changes can be made at this stage, but is there a way we can chat further "offline" as it were, to see if it would be of interest to both of us to share? I'm not familiar enough with cruisemates to know if there's a way we can share private emails safely to talk about the trip possibility. If you know, let me know. Thanks for your interest.
