While I normally don't bother with St. Thomas shopping, the last time I did there was a fabulous store. H Stern has a large discount store with savings of up to 70% off discontinued styles. There were some incredible bargains here on stunning pieces of jewelry. But otherwise, with the internet, you can do as well or better in the U.S. Except booze, of course, which is steeply discounted.
