Default Anyone ever traded yp at Carribiean Jewelry in St. Thomas?

I bought a 3 ct. tennis bracelet about 4 years ago. I was wondering if anyone has ever returend jewelry and traded up? I think I would like something a little larger. Anyone with ideas?

I did not know until earlier this week that one could trade up in jewerly. Good thing though because I traded up my original engagment ring and a wrap for a bigger ring w/guard set for my tenth anniversary.

my humble suggestion is: I would check in your hometown for jewerly stores that do the trade up and then ask them in they have stores in the caribbean and try those first.

P.S. I am hoping for a tennis bracelet for fifteen years!

I have bought several items at Beverly's in St. Thomas. You can trade up for anything you might want. They will give you what you paid for your piece toward anything else that you might want to buy at their store. They store everything in their computer so you don't even need a receipt.

I did not realize that Beverly's would do a trade up and that is my favorite store on St. Thomas. They now have several branches named Sona which means Gold or sun. Jack has been with them for years at Havensight Mall. Next time in St. Thomas, I too will try to trade up a Tennis Bracelet. When I tried at St. Martin at Diamond's International where it was purchased, they wouldn't even speak to me without a receipt. Since it was bought there more than 5 years earlier, who knows where the receipt went.

Diamonds international in St. Thomas took my one carat solitaire diamond in trade on a large tanzanite. I upgraded considerably and my diamond wasn't even purchased with D.I. and I did not have paper work with me, but no problem since they have gemologists on staff.
