Cozumel is the best to do shopping-The cruise ships encourage you to talk down the prices as well-Grand Cayman is very expensive and jamaica is too touristy I feel.

Cozumel is great, you cant talk them down in grand caymen on prices.

Great info. We'll be hitting these ports in January. What's the word on jewelry? I was very happy with the prices I got in St. Thomas last year and wondered if I might find any good deals on quality jewelry in Cozumel.

We found that the vendors in Costa Maya were more willing to bargain than the ones in Cozumel. Grand Cayman was extremely expensive and there was nothing to speak of in Belize. We did most our shopping in Costa Maya and Cozumel. I also found that the ship had the best jewelry prices.

if you bought your items in St. Thomas you will be hard pressed to find those kinds of deals on any of the islands you are going to. Cozumel would be your best bet - especially for items in silver. I got my best deal on the ship when they mark things down towards the end of the cruise.
