How late are the shops in Cozumel & Costa Maya open?

I'm sure this question was posted before, but I'm having some search issues right now.

We were out shopping after dinner in Cozumel. I would think till at least 9 pm.
It was around 8 when we were out shopping right were the ship docks. Never been to Costa Maya, so cant help you there. I dont think its a big shopping port, as it is pretty new port. Have fun, Cozumel is great!
