Where is the best place to get leather. Key West, Nassau, Freeport?

I have never seen any leather products in Key West.

If you are going to St. Maartan or St. Thomas, there are some handbag shops there.

Not sure what kind of leather you are looking for.

Leather jackets,pants, chaps for motorcycle riding. Any harley store would do Thought maybe they had any leather stores available in those states. Hadnt been on a cruise or out of the states b4 was just checking. Thanks for your input.

I could have sworn there was a Harley shop in Key West, and, my hubby bought some tees. Looking at their site, now the closest one is near Marathon....

Not sure I'd look for a deal on leather goods outside the U.S... In the old days leather was tanned with ammonia, and the cheapest, most readily available source for it was/is URINE. Word is they stilldo it that way in some areas (Mexico). If you dont want to be cruising along on your Harley smelling like a pee-pot, I'd not just go for the bargain in a lesser developed country.

(I coulda got some great deals on cowboy boots last year in Cozumel, but couldn't bring myself to do it).

Some fine leathers products are worked with, pidgeon poop, to make them soft. Ya just never know, do ya
