Do not even think about buying jewelry at the Royal Caribbean jewelers on St. Thomas. My ring broke the second day I wore it and they NEVER gave me a replacement, nor fixed the original. After 50 phone calls, I still have a useless $440. ring. BIG WARNING!
I am disturbed t see that one of the most popular and reputable jewelers in the Caribbean is ignoring you.
How did you break the ring? Was it a fault in design or manufacturing or did you bang it on something?
How did you contact Royal Caribbean? Writing, email, phone? Do you have a record of who you spoke to?
Often Royal Caribbean is a "recommended store" for many of the cruise lines. Did you contact your cruise line customer service to intervene on your behalf?
Keep us posted on your progress.
