Have any returning cruisers, from the Caribbean, or Europe, seen any chocolate gold being sold in the jewelry stores?

I have seen it on tv, and it intrigues me..I remember when I first saw black diamonds at home, they were not in the Caribbean. It took another cruise ofr me to get a black and white ring...

I'm visual so I had to find a picture. When I was in Italy I don't remember seeing anything like this. However, I didn't jewelry shop there. It's pretty I put a written description below the pictures.
