What stores are at the new Puerta Maya Pier? Are they all open for business?

there is the usual collection of shops selling "tack", at least 2 DI chain stores, and a few random jewelry shops. As all their business comes from the cruise ships, so they will be open until your ship sails

Was there 3 weeks ago and thought the shopping was awful. Had been there before and, while I was glad they had recovered from the hurricane, the prices were ridiculous. And while I don't mind aggressive vendors these were over the top and did not want to bargain, not even the street vendors. If I end up there again...highly likely, I'll take a cab into town.
