I'm going on my first cruise Mar.11-18 on the Costa Victoria. I've never snorkeled before but i'm really interested. The ports are Casa de Campo, Catalina Island, Nassau, San Jaun, St.Thomas/St.John. Which port would be the best to snorkel in? are there any webpages listing the prices?
also i'd like to either go do a dolphin swim or dolphin encounter but they are very expensive. are there any good places to go in any of those ports where its affordable? thanks for any help. I'd really appreciate it.
Hi again Lindsay,
My vote is go to Trunk Bay in St. Johns. You can do this by yourselves if you want, just get a cab in St. Thomas to Red Hook Ferry and take it over to St.
Johns. Once at St. JOhns get another cab and just a short ride later you will be at a beautiful beach, you can also rent snorkeling equipment right there. Its definately worth seeing, enjoy.
I haven't seen any prices listed for any excursions? Do you know roughly much a snorkeling excursion would be once we got to Trunk Bay in St. John's? Is there web site where I could find more specific information on different excursions. We are going to St. Thomas, St. Marten, and Nassau. Thanks!
