Went on this same itinerary last May and it was the best. Don't miss out on seeing St.John. Take a taxi at dock and ask him to take you to the ferry. As soon as you get off the ferry in St.John there are open-air taxis and our driver took us on a fantastic 1-2 hour tour. He dropped us off at a beautiful beach where we snorkled. There was even a small but ample restaurant. We stayed as long as we wanted and there were taxis to return us to ferry to return to St. Thomas. The taxi driver in St. Thomas took us on a 1 hour tour. The drivers are quite knowledgeable and very nice. In Curacao we walked over the pontoon bridge (you can get seasick on it if you have a queasy stomach) which is so neat and walked around the shopping district. In the afternoon we had a taxi driver take us to a beach, but it wasn't very nice and I really don't know the name of it. In Aruba, my favorite island, we walked about a 1/2 mile to rent ATV's and raced around the desert on the other side of the island. Spectacular scenery! We went passed all the hotels, the lighthouse, the Natural Bridge and found the Natural Pool. Looking back I feel that some of the terrain we went through was quite dangerous but just getting as far as the Natural Bridge is pretty calm. In the evening we just walked around the downtown area which is almost at the dock. There are open air restaurants, casinos, nice shops and a Carlos and Charlies. It's a super itinerary so enjoy. We're leaving in 3 weeks on the Spirit to Barbados, St. Martin and Martinique.
