Default Hotel Beaches on Grand Cayman

Hi cruisers!
i was wondering what hotels on Grand Caymen allow cruisers to pay a fee to use their beaches/other facilties. Where are the great beaches? I'm crusing on the Grand, and as I am a teen, I'm looking for nice, relaxing beaches to spend the day with my mom. Thanks!

If you take a cab to any resort on Seven Mile Beach, can you use the facility? When you pay $20 per person to take the ships Seven Mile Beach Excursion, what do you get that you wouldnt get going on your own?

All the beaches in Grand Cayman are free. If you want to use a chair at one of the hotels, they will want to charge you a fee, probably $5.00. You will pay $20 to the cruise line for this same thing. We always go on our own. Bring a towel and lie down on that, and you pay for nothing but the cab ride down there. If you like to snorkel the best place is right as you get off the tender in town at Eden's Rock, you will see the dive flag. It can be a little rough getting in and out as you climb down a "sea rock ladder", but it is really fun. If its calm, I'd definitely recommend it. You will see alot of snorkeling "excursion" boats coming in to the area, as well. But, you didn't have to pay for it!
