Default Book Stingrays with who?

We're going on RCCL Voyager in a few weeks, and want to do the Stingray City/snorkeling excursion. Is there any good reason to book it through RCCL, or should we save some money and book through Captain Marvin or one of the other places? I assume that RCCL's tour isn't any better, and they likely just have someone else take you anyway, no?

Bill.. last western caribb cruise we booked through the cruise line. Only advantage is if you're doing an early morning Sting Ray tour (Which we did).
In GC passengers are tendered in. With ships tour we were on the first tender.. did Sting Ray early, and had much of the day to enjoy GC.

The best stingray city I've done (and we do it every year for 8 years now) is with Red Baron Charters. It's unique as its a sail boat and it only takes 8 people so its great if you have a small group of friends. You get to sail a bit too if you want to, they showed us how and the kids loved it. We stopped and snorkeled at a few amazing spots as well as going to Stingray City. Neil and Mikey captain the boat and are the nicest guys. What a rush, its a great experience to be on your own boat. The price is about the same if not less then the others and we saved by booking through caymanislandsdiscounts.com. They had (not sure if they still do) a coupon to save on the trip. Check them out if you are intersted Stingray City Grand Cayman with Red Baron Charters
