Maasdam E. Caribbean Excursions vs. Own ?

.......................We are will be on the MAASDAM in late November with an itinerary of Half Moon Cay, Nassau, St. Thomas & San Juan. We are interested in trying the " Flat Fishing " in Half Moon Cay ( has anyone else done this ? ) & also plan a trip to Atlantis in Paradise Island, Nassau.........That leaves San Juan & St. Thomas...we have decided we'd like to take a Bus Tour of El Yunque Rain Forest in San Juan & are seeking advice as to whether to book the ship Bus Tour Excursion or our own Bus Tour Excursion in El Yunque Rain Forest ? & if we book on our own; what Bus Tour do we book with ? .........Lastly; we have done St. Thomas before & would welcome suggested tour excursions to book there ? ........Thanks, Donald
