sail and snorkel excursion E. Carib.

Anyone have suggestions for a great snorkel excursion from St. Thomas (St. John) or St. Maarten? We'd really like something that includes a boat (preferably a sailboat or catamaran) that takes us to a great snorkeling site. If not a boat, where is the best snorkeling from the beach from these islands, and any other must do's at these ports? Also stopping in Nassau for about 1/2 a day. We'd also like to rent a waverunner and maybe parasail. Anyone know anything about the stingrays in Nassau?

In Nassau , if you take a bus or cab out to Cable Beach (this is where Radisson,
Crystal Casino and Breezes are located). The beaches are public and there are vendors along the beach who do parasailing and rent waverunners. These are private vendors and of course at YOUR RISK.
Look into the excursions off the ship that take you to St John for snorkelling. For good
snorkelling off the beach try Saphire or Coki beach on St Thomas.
People like the snorkelling off Pinel Island in St Martin. I tried it once and it was OK but not great.. For a nice day at the beach with OK snorkelling try Dawn Beach on St Martin.
