Default has anyone did the dolphin swim

Hello Has anyone did the dolphin swim in cozemul ? I would love to here everything about it. Like how deep the water, are you on the swim platform for awhile, how many per group, and do you need to swim in the swim with the dolphin ( I know thats sounds stupid), but I been hearing all diffent things about this. I can't swim, and I wanted to know if you can stay on the platform and be able to touch the dolphins or are you always out in deeper water. ANYONE PLEASE HELP
Thanks ANNA

We have done this but not in Cozumel, we di it in Florida Keys. What you want do is, I believe its called "Splashing with Dolphins". In this case you stay in grroup of 6 to10 people and stand in water about waist deep and instructor will be with you and Dolphins come to you to play with you, you can tuoch them and have picture taken with them. It is great experince and which will give confidence for swim with the during your next trip. I am sure that they offer this in Cozumel. Good thing about this is that you do not have to swim and you are in a group, whether it is your own or with others.
You wouldn't believe how much fun it is until you do it.
Good luck.

You need to book the "Dolphin Encounter" in Cozumel, you stand in the water with a floation vest on, the dolphins swim by you and you can pet them.
