Default Bus to Dunn River Falls?

I thought I had read somewhere that there are buses that go back and forth from the port to Dunn River Falls about every ten minutes. Does anyone know about this? If not, about how much is a taxi?

Hello!? Is anyone there? Has no one ever taken the bus to Dunn River Falls? Is there such a thing, or are there just taxis?

Ruth - personally i wouldn't trust the transit system in Jamacia - your best bet is to hire a "bonded" cab from the pier (they are clearly marked)

I don't recall seeing any bus's that went to the falls. I'd suggest just doing a ship excursion to the falls, or hire a taxi for that.

Good Evening,

I booked Dunns River and the Dolphins Swin with R.C. and it stated that buses leave every 10 minutes to bring you back to the ship.

I think it's only for the tour groups that are booked with R.C..

Definitely an excursion with the ship and leave the public transportation to the locals. It's worth the extra money for the piece of mind as the falls are fantastic and you don't want anything to take away from the experience. ENJOY
