Shoretrips.com, Playa San Fransisco, Cozumel?

Hi All,

My wife, and 2 kids of 8 and 11 and myself sail on the Imagination on the 25th. I called shortrips.com and they told me that at this time of year it would be hard to book any kind of Dolphin excursion. As a resullt, we were thinking of just going to hang out at Playa San Fransisco all day and ride jet skis, do some snorkeling, and soak.

Can anyone tell me if I will be able to schedule such an excursion through Carnival, shoretrips., http://cozumelinsider.com, or http://portpromotions.com? Should I just plan on catching a cab after we dock?
