Default Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua, St. Thomas, St. Maarten

We just booked a Southern Carribean Cruise (Golden Princess) for late June. In reading my Frommers Book and this website, here are the things I think we should do in our Ports of Call. Please let me know what you think. Any input is greatly appreciated:

Barbados - Glory Tour's Best of Barbados
St. Lucia - Land & Sea Tour (Catamaran, volcano, etc)
Antigua - Lawrence of Antigua Tour
St. Thomas - Trunk Bay on St. Johns
St. Maarten - America's Cup Regatta

HI Eianson,
We did the America's cup Regatta in St. Maarten and do recommend that one, its totally thrilling and great fun, especially if you win the race, which we did, just by a few inches, thats it!

We've also been to Trunk bay a few times and also recommend going there, the beaches are beautiful and the snorkeling was also good. It well worth the time traveling there, but save some time for shopping back at St. Thomas.

Sorry, haven't done the other excursions, hopefully someone else has and will reply.

I agree with Donna and will add a couple of more suggestions.
St. Maarten - Golden Eagle Catamaran sail - really enjoyed this - you sail up the coast - very scenic to a small island where you can swim, snorkel or just hang out on the beach. Shopping in St. Maarten is excellent- found the merchants to nicer and much more helpful than on St. Thomas.
St. Thomas/St.John - Trunk Bay is a beautiful beach, but it can get crowded. If you want something a little less crowded then opt for Cinnamon Bay Beach - its right next door to Trunk. They don't charge you admission, they have a little shack where you can rent snorkerl gear, floats and small sailboats. The facilites are clean, nothing fancy, they have a nice little outdoor grill to grab a burger. The snorkeling is very good.
