I can't help you other than to say I didn't see any parasailing in Belize, just in Mahahual.
Maybe someone else will be able to help.

In Mahahual the parasailing is very safe (they do speak english,) and is 50.00 for a 15 minute ride. Great fun! My 20 year old son, takeing a break from college, works on one of the parasail boats. His name is Myles and a sweeter kid you'll never find!

Thanks for the info! Is it right off the dock where the cruiseship will be or do we taxi somewhere?

The parasailing will be either at the little town of Mahahual or Uvero Beach. Mahahual is about 2 miles from the pier and takes about 20 min. to walk or taxis can be taken for 2 or 3 dollars per person. Uvero Beach is booked from the ships and a bus is used. I think it is about 15 or so miles from the pier. Uvero is a package type deal and Mahahual would be more on your own. It is VERY safe in Mahahual and the food and drink are excellent at great prices. Bars with cold drinks are also there on the beach.
