Default St. Martin dining/lunch?

We'll be stopping in St. Martin on the Carnival Glory in a couple of weeks, and were wanting to find a nice French restaurant that was open for lunch. Last time we were there we waited too late and everything was closing for break. Any suggestions? Really would like a first class place. Thanks for any help.

Grand Case Beach Club, hands down - although casual. If you like seafood, the seafood salad is impressive. The setting is a veranda beside the beach. After lunch, they bring you homemade liquors: banana, mango and passion fruit - no additional charge! You can swim! It's a day in Paradise.

Antoine Restaurant is on Front Street, pleasing patrons since 1978. It's a short walk from the pier or courthouse, so stop in and try the finest in traditional French cuisine in a relaxing waterfront setting from 11AM until 10PM. Call for reservations. Major credit cards are accepted. Valet parking is available in the evening.
The above highly rated in Fodors.
We have not been there yet.
