Default Beginner Scuba, Snuba or Sea Trek, which to choose?

These are my choices as Im not certified. Wondering if any of you have done one or more of these and what you thought of each. Can you write me a short review as well as tell me where you did each and what sea life you got to see, thanks I would be doing this in eather Grand Cayman or Cozumel.

showcat- all i can tell you is that my son did the beginner SCUBA in St. Martin and fell in love with SCUBA diving, so much so that he wants to get certified.
Both ports have excellent SCUBA diving. The Caymans are known for their shipwrecks and Cozumel is known for the marine life living on the reefs.

I've done the beginner SCUBA in Cozumel and it was incredible! They train you for a few hours and take you out for about an hour I think. I have problems with my ears in the past and I couldn't get my bouancy quite right so I had to go back a little early. I still had a fantastic time. I think everyone else was able to complete the dive. They all thought it was one of the best excursions. The instructors were really informative and professional. If you like snorkeling, you will LOVE scuba diving.
