Default Virgin Gorda - The Baths

Has anyone been to the Baths? Is it a steep walk from the parking area down to the beach?

Bit of a walk from the top of the hill down to the baths, some overhead obstructions and caves if you go all the way. I'm guessing about a half mile each way. Not that steep, but not really a trip for those very overweight or very elderly.

Thanks for the info. I'm sailing with an elderly relative, doesn't sound like this would be a good fit.

Hi:

Please refer to HAL's guide to Shore Excursions, Tortola section, and look at the excursuion ratings (one hiker (less strenuous) - four hiker (most strenuous). Even if not sailing HAL it will give you a bit of an idea on various options in Tortola area. Would your relative enjoy sailing or a tram tour perhaps?

She would probably enjoy a narrated bus tour of the island. Thanks.
