Tour guides and Taxi's

Ok, I have 2 questions about Antigua and St lucia.
1. Which tour company is the best to use in st lucia. I was looking into Herod. Anyone ever go with him? Anyone have any other suggestions of what to do on the island?
2. I have found a really nice all inclusive resort to go to in antigua, and my family and I will need to get a taxi to take us there. Are the taxi's safe and are they at the dock?

If anyone has any info on these two islands, I would greatly appreciate it. This is the first time we are trying to book excursions that arent through the ship, so any info would be great! Thanks

There are a couple mentioned on this forum. We used Fabian Taxi Tours in St. Lucia and Carl in Antiqua Premiere Tours. Both of them
were highly recommended on this forum, trip advisor and cruise critics.
After researching them we went with them and we were very happy we did!

Never used Herod, although we heard he is good. We went with Cosol and it was teriffic. Especially with all the local foods he picks up for you along the way.
