Default Help planning Shore Excursion

I am going on the Carnival Legend this march for spring break and was having a hard time figuring out what excursion I should do.
I love to snorkle and do anything outside

Grand Cayman: We had previously gone to sting ray city on captn marvin's tours and loved it. Were looking for something else interesting/different.

Cozumel: I had looked at the dolphin swim/ride and the mayan frontier by horse back. Can anyone give recomendations?

Belieze: We were told to definately go snorkling there. where is the best place and should we do an excursion by the ship or private?

Rotan: I have never been there before and I have no idea where to even start.

t- sounds like you have the same itinerary i had on the Valor. Good times.
We have been to GC twice - once alone and once with friends - both times we did the sting ray city and island tour. Sorry no help there

Cozumel - twice there also - 1st time we went to Tulum - excellent 2nd time we did the ATV adventure - also way too much fun (hint if you stay up front with the guide and let the slower people at the back they will let you open up on the straight parts)

Roatan - definitely snorkeling / catamaran adventure - beautiful reefs - the water was a bit cloudy but could have been from a storm

Belize - Xuantunich (sp?) - more ruins - kinda a long bus ride but well worth it! also you get a stop at a "resort" that will serve a local type meal. Was very good and i can be a bit picky on food that is not from McDonalds

I would have to say this has been my favorite itinerary so far. What ever you choose to do. ENJOY
