When's a good time to book excursion? Nachi Cocom...

We're heading out on our first cruise end of November. We've decided on Nachi Cocom in Cozumel with also doing the waverunners (site says $60 for 30 min, let me know if you had a different rate). Is it too early to book this? If the weather is bad, what happens? Do they refund you? A little hesitant b/c of hurricane season so tell me what the best thing to do is. Thanks!

Oh and is the price for Nachi Cocom the same on all websites?

I would think the hurricane problem would have gone by then, like anything, if you book it as early as you can you are more sure of getting what you want, is this the place that only takes 100 people? if so.....

If this is a cruise line excursion and they decide that the weather makes it unsafe, you will get your money back. If you booked it with an independent, then it depends on them. BUT, hurricane season ends in November and it is very unusual to get any kind of hurricane level activity in late November. Have lived in Floriday (various areas) for almost 20 years and have never seen a late November tropical storm.
Just FYI, I would not book 2 tours on the same day, unless through the cruise line. Not sure of that is what you meant, but things can go wrong and the locals are often on "island time", meaning "whenever".

Keep in mind that Nachi has a max. capacity of 100..... I would secure the space on their website ASAP.
