Default Sea Legs

We just got off our first cruise 3 days ago and I am very dizzy - feel like I am in a small boat fighting 12 foot swells. I can't see straight and I am swaying even when sitting. I used the patch on the cruise and was fine - did feel the motion on the ship.

How long can I expect this to last and is there anything I can do in the mean time?

Hi Penney!

The effect that you are feeling is highly variable between people. It took me the better part of a week to recover my 'land-legs'. Just make certain that you are getting plenty of rest.

Happy Cruising!
