Default Precautions for SA

Any special health precautions or vaccinations recommended for trip around the Horn (South America)? We will be going in November this year from Valparisio, Chile to Rio de Janerio, Brazil with stops in Argentina as well. Already have Hep A &B immunizations from previous trips. Used to traveling in Mexico...are precautions for food/drink the same?

Default Re: Precautions for SA

The US State Dept maintains a listing of vaccination requirements and travel advisories for many foreign destinations. And as far as eating or drinking precautions, err toward the side of safety no matter where you travel.

Happy cruising!
