Default ? for John: never cruised before..

so don't know if I'm prone to motion sickness; altho I can't read in a moving car (it makes me dizzy & feel nauseous), but can read on the commuter train to work.

I leave for Alaska Sunday, August 19; would it be a good idea to take Bonine on Friday to assure all is well?

Thanks for your help.

Prevention is the key in combatting motion sickness...so yes, start medicating ahead of time.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Happy cruising!
