Default Any alternatives to Steiner for a massage job on a cruiser?

Hi guys,
Is there a way to work as a masseur on a cruise ship, except through Steiner’s company?
I’m asking because first of all they take 1500 euros for ‘training’, then, when you get on a ship, you have to chase people to go to a massage, then do it, and eventually try to sell them the products.
I don’t mind paying, but wouldn’t like to chase people and to sell products like an animator and salesman in one.
It’s not the job of a massage therapist.
Any alternatives?
