Default DCL vs RCCL?

So I just got back today from my Disney Cruise ,and just woke up for my nap I took when I got back... heck yeah for living 5 minutes away from a port The entire time I caught myself comparing it with Royal Caribbean. Like there were defiantely more kids on Disney. But on RCCL the kids seemed to be more mature. Plus the ship just seemed so much more Grand (Mariner o/t/s). But then Disney has so much better food, and service, and food, and shows, and hotter crew members. But holy crap is the teen program at Disney over the top. Like the nighttime dance? Boys couldn't touch girls! OHH NOO! But RCCL didn't really care... about anything... heck the counselors would usually put on the music then leave.

I'll cut this short and just ask your opinions. for all you kids that have gone on both.

Disney is ALL about timing. If you can get the price? I'd say do it.

Its pretty awesome.

Like I went for $400 for a 4-Night. Just a bit over RCCL?
But its definitely way amazing for kids. Teens? Its pretty fun minus the ultra ridiculous rules for everything.

i just got dinsey for the second time as you guys know and i loved it i had an amazing time i think disney counclers just take more effort in trying to get the kids to do the activites than than RCCL the food and service and cleaniness is 100000 times better, but yeah disney does need to lightin up on the boys and girls touching thing, well u can do it outside the club but inside they make u stop but they are cool about it

I've been on both.

Disney keeps up to their standards- great service and the ships are clean.
They are great for younger kids, and younger teens.

RCCL has more to offer for older teens, although it still has tons for young teens and children.

Both lines are EXCELLENT. I would cruise on them over any other line. IMHO, they are the best lines out there.

it was! disney makes a really good effort to get all of there teens to come and hang there, and they really push you to do the activites but when you do them its worth it
