I've been on many cruise and having a room to your self is wonderful. I cruise just once a year and I'll spend the extra money to have a cabin to myself.

Gary, I agree 100%. Rooming with a stranger for a week is a crapshoot. You might wind up friends for life or have a miserable cruise. I always suggest paying the extra price if you can afford it and having your own cabin.
