Default Carnival Victory 3/3/05

I just booked a 7 day cruise through singlescruises.com and because I am traveling alone I opted for them to select a roommate for me. Now Im feeling a little anxious about my decision. Has anyone done this before if so did it work out ok?

BTW Im 32 yr old single professional, attractive (yes I have pics to back that claim), very fit, easy going. I would love to get to know a couple of people before the cruise so if youre sailing same ship/date please drop me a line!

Hi: I sailed with singlescruise.com on the New Year's cruise, and I had them match me up with a roommate, and I got very nervous about it too. But...it worked out great. I am a single, professional (lawyer), 34 yr old who is, like yourself "attractive" from the DC area, and they matched me with a single 39 year old professional from NY. She and I got along very well, we had a really great time together and no problems at all. Looking about at my fellow cruisers, I saw a LOT of roommate situations that worked out well, and only 1 that looked like a bit of a nightmare. So, you have darn good odds. To sum it up...I had such a fantastic time that I intend to sail with singlescruise.com again, and I'll have them match me with a roommate again. Also, fyi, I met a guy who was with our singlescruise.com group, and he had gotten his own cabin and he said he had paid $900 for it, which was a LOT more than sharing a cabin. Have a great time!
