Am booked on the Enchantment of the Seas November 12th for 5 nights to Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman. Open invitation to any single lady that can get away for a fun 5 days. You can contact me directly and we can talk about the details. Must like to party, have a great time, enjoy fun in the sun, look good in a bikini and not want to go just to see how much you can eat.

Drink it up
This ones for you
It's been a lovely cruise
I'm sorry it's ended
It's sad but it's true
Honey it's been a lovely cruise

These moments were left with
May you always remember
These moments are shared by few
There's wind in our hair
And there's water in our shoes
Honey, it's been a lovely cruise

These moments we're left with
May you always remember
These moments are shared by few
And those harbor lights
Aw they're coming into view
We bid our farewell much too soon
So drink it up
This one's for you
Honey, it's been a lovely cruise
Yea baby, it's been a lovely cruise
Oh darlin' it's been a lovely cruise

Beetlegator.

I think I will end up in my own cabin since Britney can't make it. Last time I did that, it turned into a very wild cruise. I do always write a lengthy review and will have at least 100 pics to post when I get back. There will be some stories to tell.

Last October, I went with the same group on the Sensation and other than the drunk girl banging on my door who puked and passed out in the hall outside my cabin and the little incident with security, it was a great time. The showers on the sensation are better suited for two people than the smallish ones on the Enchantment but I still like the Enchantment and Royal Caribbean much better overall.

Sir Duke, I think that about covers it. Check this out! This was worth the bronze medal Back flip turned into a belly flop. With a bigger belly I could have taken the gold medal but it is not that important to me.

You sound like a personable and fun-loving guy who love adventure and to be honest having a roommate (male/female) would be more of a hinderance. If it's a male I can see a towel over the door knob because of the female company you would attract as for the female I can imagine the door being LOCKED if you ever thought about bringing another female guest to your room or even not staying in the room and using your female guest room.

I believe you will have a great time on the cruise.

Beetlegator,

You are absolutely correct. I do not need a room mate to cramp my style. I will have a better chance of trying to meet someone onboard. It is the sense of adventure and the unknown that gives the excitement. Since I am not in a committed relationship right now, there is no sense bringing sand to the beach.

I have been training in the gym and working on building my alcohol tolerance up to a higher level and working on my tan on the weekends. The countdown is on and I will provide a full report when I get back. Here is a pic of my carry-on I use and then I fill it when my luggage arrives to the cabin.

After all the hoopla, a few prospects, one actually signed up I am now going by myself after all and glad about it. I am excited for the adventure in 10 days. There will be wild stories to report when I get back. 10 days and counting! I have begun packing, making my list and working on my base tan. I have a top ten list, if anyone has suggestions.

10. 8 pairs of swimsuits for 5 night cruise
9. 18 Budweisers, 6 bottles tonic water, vodka and limes
8. My I-pod and speaker system loaded with Jimmy Buffet and various loud rock and roll for my cabin.
7. fresh supply of tanning lotions, oils and aftersun products, primarily Panama Jack
6. 3 pair of sunglasses, Ray Ban tortoise shell Wayfarers, black Ray Ban Predator J's and my new Maui Jim's depending on weather conditions and color of swim shorts 8)
5. a few hats
4. video camera, fresh tapes and tripod
3. digital camera with extra memory card
2. sea shell collection as way to get girls to my cabin

and the number one thing not to forget to pack.......

1. My new copy of the "Official Suntanner's Bible- the lighter side of dark" -Jason Vogel 1987 for reading and sharing poolside

Let me know if there is anything I may have forgotten.

I think it's for the best Dave you sound like a "one man party" and you will have fun with or without a female roommate.

You will have no problem attracting female cruisers . . . just give us a good trip report.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Beetlegator. I am actually going as part of a group with a business organization I am in. So I will know some onboard. I had a local girl I was seeing added to my cabin but she got on my nerves too much and I told her I was just going to go by myself. It is funny but now I have a new sense of relief, adventure and freedon that has renewed my enthusiasm. I will assume a position near the pool and new pool bar by about noon on embarkation day to make mental notes of all the new arrivals and try to figure who the single and available girls are. I just won't make the same mistake as last October and hook up with the first one I meet before scouting the whole scene.

That is why it is best to get a room to yourself.

Also it's never good to latch on to a person on the first day of the cruise. Since you are going with a group that you know you definately will have fun.
