Hi Richard, a 14 day cruise attracts a lot of retired seniors because they have the time to cruise any time. I get bored on a cruise longer than 8 days.
You should invite some friends to cruise with you. Luci
Yes, I know it will be an older crowd, I did a 14 day to Hawaii last Dec.
But with 6 weeks vacation, the winter here in Milwaukee in Dec. Plus a 10 island itinerary, round trip direct for $200 from MKE to FLL (Midwest Express), my sister works at Port Everglades, takes care of my ground transportation to and from airport/port. A place to stay for free the night before the cruise, and 18 cans of Heineken there to fill my suitcase. So this one will be my 9th since 2002. That San Diego to Hawaii was on the Infinity. I booked this one onboard my last cruise so I can get the $75 shipboard credit. Princess does handle their singles in a more comfortable way with the champagne get togethers, after trying a few other lines.
OB, PB and MB ruled two weeks each July there before I started cruising
enjoy the greater San Diego area too, especially this weekend.
