Angelgal,

I stay on the Queen Mary the day before my cruise and slept with the light off and never experienced any ghosts or demons. It's all in your mind the beings you have to worry about are the . . . living. They can do alot more harm.

Hummm....... everybody has their own experiences so you can't say it is all in my mind. I hope you never ever see a ghost or demon because your brain will not know how to handle it. Angel

First you have to believe in ghosts and demons to allow them to scare you and I have yet to experience one. But what I have experience are real people who can actually harm you what I read of ghosts that they just appear visually and can't harm you physically.

As for my brain not knowing how to handle it I believe I would be very curious than frighten. If only a few people can see ghost why can't everyone? If I can only see a ghost I would check myself in the nearest mental hospital as soon as possible as everyone should if they seen one.

And the Queen Mary should be shut down a the men and women in dark suits should be all over the ship . . . or call in the Ghost Busters.

Laugh all you want.... I plan to attend a Ghost Fest Expo on Sat. Nov.18th,2006, on the Queen Mary. I will be with my friends who do believe in ghosts, demons, etc.

I don't drink, or rat my hair, or do drugs, or have one night stands, or one night flings on ships, or flirt with dorky guys, I don't smoke, and I don't lend out money.
BUT..... I do like ghost stories and Angel stories and Reality t.v. shows.
I watch the "Ghost Wisperer" t.v. show and the" Medium" show.

BUT MOST OF ALL I WAS BORN TO CRUISE!!!! Angel gal

I stayed onboard the Queen Mary a few years ago and took the escorted "ghost tour." It was very interesting. One of the "hauntings" the guide told us about was how, back when the pool had water in it, people would feel a hand on their leg pulling them under. So they drained it. Creepy.

I went back to visit the Queen Mary during their Ghost Expo. I asked a maid if I could see my old cabin #133, main deck. She told me that she sees the freindly ghosts all the time. They are used to seeing them. She said one person was able to take a photo in the cabin and a soldier showed up in the photo.

I attended a lecture by a ghost hunter named James who had done research on the Queen for 17yrs. He says he talks with the ghosts. He said many soldiers had died on the Queen Mary. People were interupting him and asking questions while he was telling us his experiences. So my friend and I decided to go get a free massage from some Massage company that was there advertising their services in Santa Monica.

We had a nice lunch and decided to leave early before dark because the drivers in Los Angeles drive really crazy and it is safer to drive home in the day time. As we waited to cross a street when we came to a stop sign....my mind was trying to figure out if I was next to cross the street when a fast car didn't stop and I would have hit the car if I hadn't taken a minute to think about it. "Whew". We thanked God and our Angels for protecting us. I do believe in God and the Angels too. I am not a weirdo. I just have my own beliefs and hope to meet a guy who thinks the way I think. That would be nice... but they also have to love to cruise too.lol. Angel gal

Angel, how does "ratting" your hair signify here at all?

Hi Kathy, not ratting my hair comes from a song from the movie "Grease".
It's like..... I am Sandra Dee who is pure as the driven snow. That is what Sandra Dee said in one of her teen movies. I am just acting silly with words.
I loved staying on the Queen Mary ship and I don't know for sure if I will ever stay there again. They have a deal with Carnival and they give a great discount on their first class staterooms.
I will be cruising out of San Pedro on a VTG Singles, Princess cruise ship for Halloween. So... most likely I will be staying near the San Pedro area hotel.
I enjoy the pre-cruise parties where I get to meet some of the singles before cruising. Most of my friends will be cruisng out of Miami for Halloween. But I don't really like to fly just because I find it sooo boring.
It was great just driving from the Oosterdam ship in San Diego. We got off the ship early and were home by 12 noon in L.A.

When is your next cruise? Angel gal

I love "Grease" so I got the hair line. "NO no no Sal Mineo I know what you want to do..Elvis,.. keep that pelvis far from me..I'm Sandra Dee".
Ghost being on the Queen Mary is enticing, but DEMONS  , no thanks !! I have no desire to take a tour where demons are summoned. For the most part ghost are benevolent beings who intend no harm, not so with Diablo.
