One of the advantages with Singlescruise.com is that many of us meet up during the year at reunions. We have been to Vegas, San Antonio, New York, Chicago, Nashville, San Francisco, Louisville to name a few.
I think this is great; it has afforded me to travel to places I may never have gotten a chance to visit.
So whatever group you sail with I suggest attending a reunion.
Since I have only cruised with VTG Singles I can tell people that the VTG cruisers right away make plans to meet in Las Vegas. That is their favorite place to meet again. Presently the VTG March cruise singles are making plans to meet soon in Las Vegas. Some of them are meeting in the East Coast. Some are cruising together again on Halloween cruise and the Dec. 1st cruise on the Zuiderdam ship.
So VTG also makes reunion plans just like Singlescruise.com does.
I prefer to save my money to just cruise since I am not the type of person to attend reunions. The reunions cost almost as much as a cruise for some people since they have to fly to their destination. But lots of singles love to have land/cruise reunions. Angel gal
Good points Angel Gal but it is a personal preference. It can cost up to a cruise with all the expenses. For three years I went on two cruises a year; I can't do that anymore. I may only be able to cruise once in eighteen months so the reunions are great to see many many friends.
I am truly a cruise addict personality. So when I picture myself in Las Vegas I see in my mind a smokie casino and the group wanting to go different places to see Las Vegas. I have been to Las Vegas many times so it is no big deal for me.
Most of my cruiser friends are located in the east coast and I am located in the west coast.
So, I prefer to meet my cruiser friends on the ships.
I love cruising so much that I already have a cruise planned for May 15th and I will be gone for a week on a repositioning cruise on the Sapphire Princess ship to Vancouver. I plan to stay two nights and then fly home.
I need to start thinking what I am going to pack. Angel gal
