Default first time cruise

Hi! all I'm thinking of going on the May singles cruise leaving from NYC with singles cruise.com. The ship Is the Carnival Miracle and I'm confused about picking the rooms. I don't think I could handle an inside room with no windows so I'm thinking ocean view. If anyone has been on this ship please tell me what room to avoid. Also any info about singlescruise.com would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

As far as cabins go, a lot of it has to do with budget and how much time you think you will spend in your room. A lot of people will tell you they are rarely in there, while other people love to have coffee on the veranda every morning and hang out in the afternoon.

What kind of person are you? Are you the trype to wake up, shower, dress and be out the door every morning, or are you more of a "stick around the house" kind of person. The more time you think you might spend in your cabin the more valuable the extra space becomes to you.

Some people just use more space than other people as well. Are you bringing a laptop, video camera, journal, garment bag, hardback books, iPod, etc... or are you just bringing some clothes and a bathing suit?

It also depends on the difference in price. If a window is only $100 more it makes more sense than if it is $250 more.

Sensitivity to motion sickness is also a factor - inside low better than outside high in that case.
