CruiseMates Singles Cruise

Okay, here's the poll. I hope everyone will respond and maybe we can kick something off.

CruiseMates cruises are always so much fun. I can't imagine what a great time can be had if we do our own little CruiseMates get together!

Please post any comments you have as well ... especially on such things as length of cruise and any preferences as to cruise line/ship.

Just to give my own thoughts ... I'm thinking maybe something to the Caribbean ... 5 to 7 days. As far as ship and cruise line, I'm thinking we want a newer ship ... something with lots of stuff for us to do ... and perhaps a length of a week so that we'll have some sea days in between the ports. The only problem I see with a shorter cruise is that often you don't get more than one sea day (if that). If we're in port everyday, we won't have as much opportunity to get to know each other and maybe do some things together onboard the ship.

But you folks let me know what you want and I'll get busy arranging it.

I think a 7-10 day cruise is great.

I like the newer ships on both Princess and RCL.

all the singles are gone from this site. this was once a great site for single cruiseing talk.

Would love a 7-day cruise . . . to just about anywhere . . .

Would like to have the option of not having a roomie . . . without paying a huge supplement . . .

Hey, Holland/America has a great 7 day Canada New England cruise on Maasdam. I'm also open to Princess.

I will look at anything 7 days or longer. Anything shorter, I feel like I didn't have a vacation.

I'd love to go on a "singles" Cruismates Cruise. Having traveled with this group before I can tell you that they have LOTS of fun and are such nice folks. Of course most of my group with married I think but still they were fun. I'd be in for a singles one to the Carribean.

If the Price is right I will considering going . I have been on 25 cruises and 22 have been on singles cruises by other companys .I know prices If you let Veterans get the Military rate that would be a plus !! God Bless America

I'd love to go to the eastern or southern caribbean, but it has to be when my son is with his dad.

I'm already going on Carnival Inspiration March 22nd 2010 and hope others will go on it with me. Key West and Cozumel. That's my son's spring break and he'll be with his dad that week.

So I invoice anyone hwere who can cruise that week to go with me!
I have a solo cabina nd wnat to keep it that way. But if anyone can and wants to do that cruise, let me know!

I am a single booked on NCL's Dawn for a Southern caribbean cruise on Oct. 22nd, 2010 and understand that NCL doesn't have a meet and greet program and wondering if there is a way to start one withou the assistance of NCL ? I have been on 12 cruises, 5 with NCL. I'm a retired senior citizen (man).

I agree------a 10-14 day cruise works best for me. 7 days is too short. And I would like to see Alaska included as a choice. Maybe even an African Safari. I was on one years ago and would love to go again!---------thisissally

Would love to do a Hawaiian cruise 7night on NCL, also a Southern Caribbean cruise 8 nights on Carnival to St.Kitts, St. Martin, St. Lucia. And an 8 night Southern Mexican Rivera from San Diego that includes Acapulco!
