Default Rounding Cape Horn
Sailing from Buenos Aries Dec.23rd. around the Cape to Valparaiso. Any advice on shore excursions or helpful hints ?

I just read that problems exist with cabs in Buenos Aries. People are getting robbed and even killed by bandit drivers. Any advice ?

Wow, first I've heard of that! Husband & I are on the Celebrity B.A. to Valparaiso on 1/17/01. I have a nice guide to Buenos Aires and it didn't say anything about watching out for cabs.
