Default Small ship around the horn

We are interested in an around the horn cruise, either direction, on a smallish ship, 600 - 800 passengers. We like good food, casual atmosphere (no formal nights), and freestyle dining. No interest in casinos or big production shows. The most important thing is the # of passengers, we can be fexible on the rest. All suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The only one that comes close is the Norwegian Crown (about 1000 passengers) but freestyle.

Sounds like you are describing OCEANIA lines. They are a new line that has had great reviews. We were on their Regatta last fall. Smallish ships (684 passengers), open seating dining, "country club casual" dress, incredible food and I could go on. Only negataive rather pricey internet connections.
They will be starting SA trips this fall with their INSIGNIA, the two ships are identical, newly renovated Renaissance ships.
This is the best I could do with their website:

Cameron,
We are going on the Insignia / Oceania on the 18th of January.

I think that there are some cabins left - but not many - if you are interested in looking in to it.

What about Oceania.....I'm taking it around the horn this winter. , from Valparaiso to Buenos Airies. Have heard great things about the cruiseline and the ship were taking, the Insignia. No formal nights.....country club casual attire and the food is supposed to be outstanding. Good luck with your search.

I am going on Norwegian Crown at Christmas/New Year this year from Valparaiso to Buenos Aires.

I chose the ship and itinerary mainly because the ship is smaller, thus able to get into places the bigger ships would have problems with and cos the itinerary is perfect for what I was looking to do.
