Wanted - Tour Operator Recommendations for ports

Anyone out there who can recommend some reliable (reasonable, too would be nice !) tour operators for Rio, Salvador de Bahia, Ushuaia and Montevideo??
We are cruising on the Mariner of the Seas next Jan and would rather
NOT take the ship's tours. Thanks. :wink:
