Default Vancouver to Hawaii

Has anyone taken this RCCL cruise? I'm looking forward to the island, but the four days out at sea has me a little concerned. Do they have enough activities during the day to not get board after four days stuck on the boat? Also how rough do the seas get in that area in September? Any help or advise from anyone who's "been there" would be wonderful! Happy Crusing!

We have cruised from Vancouver to Hawaii once, and have also done the Hawaii to Vancouver. We're booked again for this May.. going west to east.

We like having the short travel leg at the end, getting back to the mainland.

We loved the sea days, and they zipped by! No chance to get bored.

Seas may be a bit choppy your first day out of 'Vancouver, but then it should be fine.

Hi Marie,

Are you considering, or have you already booked a cruise from Vancouver to Hawaii in Sept. '04?

We have three couples going on R.C.'s repositioning cruise. I would of preferred a newer ship, but the airfare special was such a savings for the Legend of the Seas, that we couldn't pass it up!

We sailed a 2 week Panama Canal cruise on her sister ship, the Legend of the Seas, in Nov. '03 & found plenty to do. In fact, my husband prefers the Vision class ships.

Which cruise were you inquiring about?

Happy Cruising,
Suzy B

Whoops! I meant to say the airfare on the "Vision of the Seas", we couldn't pass up.

Are you sailing with us Sept. 17, '04 on the Vision of the Seas from Vancouver to Hawaii?

Happy Sailing,
Suzy B

We did the trip last year on the Legend of the Seas. We had 5 days at sea but it was no problem. There was tons to keep us busy. The only thing that would've made it more perfect was to have the days at sea on the way home (Hawaii to Vancouver instead) but that trip goes in the spring.
