Hawaii in Sept-/Oct good or bad

We have pretty much decided on hawaii for our 30th anniv.--but our anniv is in late Sept. Do you think we will have any problems with hurricanes, bad seas or bad weather in Hawaii around that time of yr.? It's a big trip for us so we'd rather wait if this is not a good time....

pnorth posted a month by month weather postong for Maui a few threads down that will give you a great idea of weather. Many folks will actually tell you that weather is best this time of year. We did Oahu and Maui last October and saw 11 straight days of sunshine and perfect beach weather. I would not hesitate to make cruise plans for Hawaii that time of year ( did that in 1999, again 13 days of perfect weather).

We've been to Hawaii in April, June and late September. Weather was perfect every time. We'll be there in a few weeks - August 17th.

Have a great cruise.
