hawaii excursions with 6yr old and 3 yr old

We are going on Wind and are wondering about excursions with kids. 6yr old and 3 yr old. We will have grandparents along who don't swim etc so than can help with kids. Any suggestions would be great. We haven't been to in 10yrs and before kids. Thanks and happy cruising!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
