Thanksgiving Day - Oahu - What to do?

Ok Cruisemates friends, I need some help here.
Any ideas what will be available to do on Thanksgiving Day?
I hate to think we might loose a day of sight seeing.
We are open to any suggestions.
We already have our luau reservations, but what can we do during the day?

Do you have Pearl Harbor/Arizona Memorial on your list?
Or, for snorkeling, you could go to Hanama Bay for the day.
Diamond Head hike I heard was good also, I have yet to do it yet though.
The drive all around the island is nice also, will take a few hours.
A friend of ours just took visitors on the submarine tour, said it was nice.

I think we will probably do the drive around the island, Hanama Bay and Diamond Head hike (if they are not closed). I found out Pearl Harbor is closed on Thanksgiving Day.

While on your drive around the island go to the north shore; the waves during November will be awesome. You may even be able to see a surfing competition. Also if they're open stop at Matsimoto's for shaved ice.
