Default when do that last tender leave in Kona Hawaii?

I want to book a fishing trip that will be back at 4pm and all I can find out is my cruise itinerary says the ship departs at 5pm. Does anyone have any idea how soon before departure the last tender leaves? I can't get any information except "they will tell you on when you get on the ship" from NCL. I'm cruising on the NCL WInd in January 06. The small boat harbor is less than 5 miles from where the tenders leave.

If ship sails at 5pm, all aboard would usually be 4:30 , last tender maybe 4:15? You are cutting it awfully close.

I would double check where the fishing trip leaves from. The only pier in Kona itself is the pier where the tenders arrive. Some tours do leave from there but I think most are snorkle, whale watching or party boats. Usually the deep sea fishing boats leave from Honaunau Harbor which is a 15 or 20 minute drive from the pier where the tenders go back to the ship.
