We are going on a 14 day to Hawaii in Oct. I read in a post that I can't find now about some books that I can but that tells about each Island and sites to see while there. Can someone point me toward them and also any other place I might look for printed info.
We are trying to cut down our list of things we need to see so we have some free time and the post I can't find now said these books I can't remember the name of would help. Damn I must be getting old, can't remember that good anymore!!!!
If you're a member of AAA, you can get several Hawaii maps. They also have a book about all the islands. It lists all the hotels, places to visit and to dine. If you're not a member, perhaps a friend who is, could pick one up for you.
The library is also a good source of free material.
You can also search the web for Hawaii and order brochures and information about each individual island.
Don't forget your Hula Skirt!!
First Cruise Sept 9 2007!
Waiting for Dec 09 for Hawaii Cruise on the Golden!
The "Revealed" series on each island are incredible....lots of tips, reviews, maps and pictures. Maui Revealed, Kaui Reaveled, etc. Check your library too. They try to put out new editions every year. They might be on their 5th edition now.
Barnes & Noble, Amazon and Borders carry them or you can buy them directly from them:
