Default Hair Salon Pricing?

Can anyone give me a basic idea of what the hair salons charge for a formal updo for long hair? I usually don't do salons here at all. I have a sis-in-law who is a hairdresser that would do it. But I don't think I could sneak her in my suitcase!

Not really sure how recent it was, but I heard $85.00...I wish there was a pricing chart online for each ship..No surprises then

Thanks for the info, sounds pricey to me, but once again I don't do salons much to start with. If I get my hands on a priceing list while on board I will try to remember to post it for others.

Thanks
Jane

It all depends upon how long your hair is and how fancy your "do is. I think that a basic up do on collar-length hair starts at about $60 plus tip
I paid $35 for a wash, blow-dry and curling iron style on my chin-lenght bob if that gives you any kind of a guideline.
PS- if you want hair ornaments, bring your own, the stylist will try to sell you theirs but they are very expensive.

Well I just had about 8 inches cut off of the length. So now my hair goes down to the middle of my shoulder blades in the back. So Yes it is still long compared to some. So I guess I should plan on $60+. I allready have the pretty stuff for the hair too.

Thanks

Jane
